The Fit Father Formula is a 3-phase process to your health, fitness, and fatherhood potential:

Mindset

The foundation of your success happens before you step foot in the gym or eat an extra piece of fruit.

To change your body you must first change your mind.

This first phase is where you instill self-belief and establish your goals, why you really want to reach them, and how you’re going to do that.

You’ll create a clear path forward that gives you confidence in the outcome.

There will be obstacles in that path — dad life has its challenges of course — but with a strong mindset you’ll continually move forward to your ultimate goal.

Skillset

This is where you sharpen the skills needed to become a fit father.

We hone in only on what matters within the Fit Father Formula:

— mastering strength training, conditioning, and their principles to become physically and mentally strong, resilient, and capable

— simplifying nutrition to manage quantity and boost quality so you look and feel your best

As a busy dad, you don’t have time or energy to worry about more than that.

So we won’t, and you don’t need to.

If you’re skilled with each of those you’ll defeat the dad bod.

Transformation

It all comes together in Phase 3.

You now possess the tools to completely transform your life.

This is where you apply those tools to construct your dream outcome, which you established in Phase 1.

Whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, or some combination of them all, you’re prepared to make it happen.

We mentioned this method is unique to dads and not found anywhere else in the industry.

Longevity Lab developed our method from studying training for athletes. Originally that was our goal: to work with athletes on performance and longevity goals.
