  • "I love the core workouts J.T. incorporates into my plan. They're true core workouts and not just 'abs.' I'm a nurse and my first week back at work after maternity leave I injured my back trying to assist a patient with ambulation. I didn't realize how weak my core had become due to pregnancy and the sedentary lifestyle that came with breastfeeding a newborn 24/7.
